Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree allowing Ukraine to provide humanitarian assistance to Yemen, Sudan and the Republic of Congo in memory of the victims of the Holodomor. The presidential press service reported that Poroshenko spoke about the aid to these countries during his speech at the International forum “Ukraine remembers- the world recognizes!” commemorating 85 years since the Holodomor.
