Ukrainian court released one of the founders of the LPR
According to Hromadske, the Trinity District Court of Luhansk has exempted Serhiy Korsunsky of any criminal liability in the creation of the so-called Luhansk People's Republic (LPR). He was subsequently released.

Kyiv begins trying Plotnitskiy in absentia
The trial of the head of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic, Igor Plotnitskiy, have begun in Kyiv. Plotnitskiy has refused to appear before the Podilsky district court, and is therefore being tried in absentia.

Russia initiates legal proceedings against Right Sector leaders
The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case against the leaders of Ukraine’s Right Sector.
According to the committee’s website, a criminal case has been filed against Dmitry Yarosh and several other members and former members of the Ukrainian nationalist organization.

Legal proceedings against Russian citizens who broke into military base resume in Latvia
On Monday, 26 September, in Latvia, the Riga District Court proceeded with a case where two Russian citizens are accused of breaking into a military base in Ādaži last year, LETA reports.

Polish court finds Belarusian citizen guilty of espionage
On March 23rd, a District Court in Warsaw found Yuriy K., a Belarusian citizen, guilty of espionage.
