Ukrainian President to make visit to Georgia

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will pay a state visit to Georgia on July 17-19, where he will meet with his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Margvelashvili, reported the Ukrainian President's Press Service.

The program of the visit also includes meetings between Petro Poroshenko and the Georgian Prime Minister, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, and the head of the Georgian parliament, Irakli Kobakhidze.

During the visit, a number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening strategic cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia are planned for signature.

In addition, the heads of the two states will open the work of a business forum in Tbilisi.

Poroshenko and Margvelashvili's joint participation in an investment round table in Batumi is also planned.

During of the visit, the President of Ukraine will visit the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, where he will meet with the head of the Adjaran government, Zurab Pataradze.
