Ukraine to supply engines for Boeing

Ukraine and Boeing company have agreed on sales of Ukrainian engines and carrier rockets 

According to the head of Ukraine's National Space Agency Liubomyr Sabodash, as agreed in Washington,  The Boeing Company will be buying ukrainian engines and carrier rockets produced by Pivdenne (Yuzhnoe) Construction Bureau and Pivdenmash plant. Conditional that Ukraine would not cooperate with the countries covered by the U.S. sanctions.

At the moment, the U.S. buys Russian engines. Pivdenne bureau will supply the Americans with Zenith and Antares rocket launch carriers.

Memorandum on cooperation between Boeing company and the National Space Agency of Ukraine will be signed by the end of October or early November this year, before NASA delegation visits Ukraine.

"Boeing sees us as their partner. The company is interested in more cooperation with Ukraine in the 'sea start' sector, as well as in the project on construction of a new satellite that we have offered, which would allow Ukraine to implement its telecommunication tasks," Sabodash said.
