Kremlin: Putin does not want to meet with Zakharchenko
Russian President Vladimir Putin does not plan to meet with the leader of the separatist organization DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), Alexander Zakharchenko, as stated by Dmitry Peskov, Putin’s Press Secretary, RIA Novosti reported.
"No," Peskov said when asked about the possibility of Putin's meeting with Zakharchenko.
Previously, Life.ru reported that Zakharchenko arrived in the Kremlin to attend the anniversary concert of Russian singer Joseph Kobzon.
Earlier, Zakharchenko said that if the opposition in Ukraine holds early elections then he would not allow elections to be held on the territory controlled by the DPR at the same time.
