Ukrainian Chief Military Prosecutor: 11 Russian citizens have been detained in past four years in Ukraine

In Ukraine, military special services have detained 11 Russian citizens under different circumstances, as stated by Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios, 112 Ukraine reports.

"Military special services have detained 11 citizens of the Russian Federation, they have been identified – three of them are professional soldiers. Indictments against all of them have been sent to the court. They include "participation in terrorist organizations" and sentences have been imposed. That is, the whole "line" of Ukrainian legislation is completed and this is the documentation enabling us to apply to the court and these documents have been sent to the international judicial institutions through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirming that the neighboring country is engaged in a hybrid war," he said.

As was reported, in January, Ukraine and separatist-held Donetsk and Luhansk Regions exchanged lists of detainees. More than 20 Ukrainians are being held captive by militants.
