Vitaliy Zakharchenko, fugitive minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, assures that he will be returning to his country. “I am very closely connected with Ukraine,” he stated. “I gave my best years to this country. And, of course, I commit my future to the country, including my political one with this country.”

Stanislav Shuljak, former Commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine, additionally expressed his desire to return to Ukraine. “I’ll be back,” he stated. “I want to return to Ukraine, where the red banner of victory and the ribbon of St. George will be the pride and honour of the country, and the SS division Galician will be a spot of grievous disgrace.
