Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic claim they are ready to observe ceasefire in Donbas

Media channels in Donetsk and Luhansk that are controlled by the Russian militants issued statements about their readiness to observe an indefinite truce in the Donbas from July 21, reports Radio Liberty.

The authorities of Donetsk People's Republic stated that "measures of disciplinary responsibility for violation of a ceasefire and its conditions are explained in due course to all divisions and each serviceman "

"We express readiness to fulfill the conditions of the truce, and we are ready to comply with the ceasefire as before,” reads the statement of Luhansk People's Republic.

On July 17, the Trilateral Contact Group on the peaceful settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine at a meeting with the participation of representatives of DPR and LPR agreed on a ceasefire in the Donbas from midnight July 21.
