Media: Russian fighter planes bombed a hospital and pharmaceutical plant in Aleppo

Russian fighter jets bombed a hospital and pharmaceutical plant in Aleppo, Syria last night, reported Turkish channel TRT.

According to TRT, Russian military aircraft dropped phosphate bombs on a hospital in the area of Anadan in the north of the city, and also a thermobaric bomb on the Asia Pharmaceutical Plant in the area of Kafr Hamra. As a result, both buildings were destroyed.

TRT reports that Russian fighter planes have been bombing squares, markets, hospitals and civil defense centers in the opposition-controlled areas of Aleppo and also the countryside and its surroundings for the past 15 days.

Earlier in June, an official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Major General Igor Konashenkov, refuted claims of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey that Russian Aerospace Forces carried out airstrikes on civilian facilities on June 8th and 9th in Aleppo.
