Aleksandr Zakharchenko and Leonid Pasechnik,leaders of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republics) and LPR (Luhansk People’s Republics), are still Ukrainian citizens. The same applies to former Luhansk leader Igor Plotnitsky, as well as the Russian-appointed “heads” of annexed Crimea Sergey Aksyonov and Vladimir Konstantinov.
