OSCE detects newest Russian weapons in Donbas
The representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the OSCE announced on Twitter that the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine recorded the newest Russian weapons systems in the territory of Donbas which is not under Ukraine’s control.
