Unidentified militants attacked airbase of Syrian Army in Deir ez-Zor

Unidentified militants attacked the air base of Syrian Air Force in Deir ez- Zor, reports Directorate 4 Telegram channel which monitors the Syrian conflict.

According to the Channel, several militants speaking Russian managed to bypass the security at the air base presenting themselves as Russian military. One of the militants allegedly approached a group of Syrian soldiers and detonated a suicide vest. The militants also managed to set several planes on fire.

Serbia files 45 cases against Serbs who fought in eastern Ukraine and Syria

The Serbian Prosecutor’s Office filed 45 cases against mercenaries who fought in eastern Ukraine and Syria, reported the Serbian newspaper Politika, citing as a source Tatiana Sekulich, who works in the Belgrade prosecutor’s office.

Turkey completes the purchase of Russian S-400 anti-air missile systems

Turkey has completed the procedure of purchasing S-400 anti-air missile systems from Russia, Turkish Defense Minister Nurettin Canikli announced, as reported by Anadolu.
