Russia found new arguments to challenge decision in Yukos case

Russian lawyers will use the recent decisions of courts in Stockholm and Washington to challenge the legitimacy of The Hague's jurisdiction in the Yukos case.

Jaresko: Ukraine does not have enough money to hold early parliamentary elections

Ukraine cannot afford to hold early parliamentary elections in 2016, according to the country’s Minister of Finance, Natalie Jaresko.  She discussed this on the 8th of February on the Svoboda Slova program on the ICTV channel.  This was reported by Glavnoe citing Zerkalo Nedeli.

The management of the private French channel, Canal +, refuses to engage in any public discussion regarding the Paul Moreira propaganda film, “Ukraine, Masks of the Revolution.”
