Sargsyan: Nagorno-Karabakh could escalate into a full-scale war
At a meeting with ambassadors of OSCE member states, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said that the aggravation of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh could escalate into full-scale war, Rosbalt reported.
