EU sanctions against Crimea extended
On Friday, the EU Council extended sanctions against the Crimea, according to a report released by the Council.
The sanctions, which were due to expire next Thursday, are now set to expire on June 17th, 2017.
The sanctions include a ban on exporting EU goods to the Crimea as well as investing in the Peninsula and operating tourist services.
