Ukrainian General: Ukraine has unique opportunity to create nuclear weapons
The former Ukrainian envoy to NATO, Major General Petro Garashchuk stated in an interview with Obozrevatel TV that Ukraine has unique capabilities- intellectual, organizational and financial, to create nuclear weapons.
“I'll say it once more. We have the capability to develop and produce our own nuclear weapons,” claims Garashchuk.
