UN, OSCE, Council of Europe ignore Russia’s appeal about the ban on the election in Ukraine
According to Tatyana Moskalkova, the human rights commissioner for Russia, the UN, the OSCE and the Council of Europe did not respond to the appeal in connection with the decision of the Ukrainian authorities to prevent Russian citizens who are not diplomats from voting in Russia’s diplomatic institutions in the country, reports TASS.

Britain denies Russian diplomats access to Skripal
Great Britain has denied Russian diplomats access to former intelligence officer Sergei Skripal, who is in the hospital after being poisoned with the nerve-paralyzing agent Novichok, Interfax reports.

US strategic drone conducts reconnaissance flight over Donbas

Observers at the Russian presidential elections have reported numerous violations at the voting sites, Deutsche Welle writes.
