    According to Tatyana Moskalkova, the human rights commissioner for Russia, the UN, the OSCE and the Council of Europe did not respond to the appeal in connection with the decision of the Ukrainian authorities to prevent Russian citizens who are not diplomats from voting in Russia’s diplomatic institutions in the country, reports TASS.

    Great Britain has denied Russian diplomats access to former intelligence officer Sergei Skripal, who is in the hospital after being poisoned with the nerve-paralyzing agent Novichok, Interfax reports.

    On Sunday March 18, a US strategic RQ-4B Global Hawk drone spent several hours flying along the demarcation line in the Donbas and approached the Russian border several times, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

    Observers at the Russian presidential elections have reported numerous violations at the voting sites, Deutsche Welle writes.
