Russia considers changing conditions for use of nuclear weapons

Russia wants to sell Igla-S MANPADS to India
The news agencies Interfax and RIA Novosti, citing their sources, report that Russia’s tender to supply India with Igla-S MANPADS was accepted.

Russian National Guard buys laser weapons to disperse protests
The Russian National Guard will soon have laser weapons at its disposal. According to a report by Open Media and RBC based on current state procurements, the Russian Guard is purchasing laser emitters which can deafen and blind people. Sweden urges Ukraine to accelerate reforms
Foreign Minister of Sweden Margot Wallström used her microblog in Twitter to urge Ukraine to speed up the reform process. “Five years ago, today, the Maidan protests started in Kyiv. Further accelerated reforms would be the best way to honor those who died in pursuit of a better Ukraine.
