Ukraine receives a shipment of American Hummer trucks
A shipment of 35 Hummer combat vehicles arrived in Odessa from the USA, announced the Ukrainian Defense Minister, Stepan Poltorak at a meeting with the military personnel of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade in Konotop.
“Of these, 20 are armoured vehicles, which will go to combat units, and 15 are ambulance vehicles,” the minister said, as quoted by the press service of the Defense Ministry.

Media: the European Union lifted sanctions against 9 Yanukovych's associates
Because of the lack of evidence, the EU has removed nine persons close to the ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych from the sanctions list. These restrictions were initially imposed in 2014, reports Welt am Sonntag.
170 people and 44 organizations associated with Yanukovych are presently under EU sanctions. They are accused of undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine. However, the newspaper does not specify who exactly is removed from the list.

Ukraine thanks Poland for refusing Russia’s sailboat Sedov entry into its waters
Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Pavlo Klimkin, in his microblog on Twitter thanked Poland for the decision to ban the Russian training sailboat Sedov from entering its territorial waters.

Russia promises to respond to NATO actions in the Black Sea
Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Grushko, told journalists that Russia has a negative perceptioinof NATO’s increasing activity in the Black Sea, and will take the necessary response measures, reports TASS.
