    Russian border guards detained a small fishing boat in the Sea of Azov with two fishermen who, according to the Russian authorities, did not have proper documents, Interfax reported, referencing a statement by Russia’s Federal Security Border Service for Krasnodar Krai.

    After Ukrainian coast guards detained the fishing vessel Nord, sailing under the Russian flag, in the Sea of Azov, Russian officers of the annexed Crimea declared it “Ukrainian state-level piracy.”
