  • Ukrainian Armed Forces: The army repelled another attack from Yasinovataya near Avdiivka

    The press center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the army repelled another separatist attack near the city of Avdiivka.

    The Dutch Prosecutor, who is leading the investigation into the people responsible for the downing of flight MH17, stated that the Netherlands has received all necessary information from the U.S.A. concerning the investigation of the Boeing-777 crash over The Donbas, Deutsche Welle reported.

  • Ukrainian Intelligence: Russia deployed additional military equipment to Khartsyzk and Ilovaisk

    Russia has transported weapons, military equipment, ammunition and fuel to pro-Russian militants in the occupied Donbas region, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

    The Ministry had recorded the arrival of these supplies to Khartsyzk and Ilovaisk.

    As of March 6, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) has counted over 1 million internally displaced persons in Ukraine, including the conflict zone in eastern Ukraine and Crimea, according to the message of the state agency.

    Border guard officers have resumed operations at the Marinka checkpoint which was temporarily closed yesterday due to a sniper attack by pro-Russian separatists, according to the Ukrainian State Border Service's website.
