Ukrainian aircraft factory will service Boeing, Airbus and Robinson helicopters

SC "Plant 410 Civil Aviation (GA)" plans to start repairing and servicing Boeing and Airbus aircrafts in the next 2 years, as reported by factory’s press service.

The plant is currently in negotiations with Airbus for maintenance and repair of the company's aircraft. In the framework of cooperation with Boeing, it is planned to carry out, with the involvement of investors, maintenance and painting of Boeing-737 aircraft. It is planned to start with 5 aircraft per year, and by 2024 to increase to 40.

It is also reported that an agreement with Robinson Helicopter Company will be signed in the near future. The factory will become a certified service center for the maintenance of helicopters of this class.

"SC Plant 410 GA is the leader of the aviation cluster of the Ukrainian state-owned concern Ukroboronprom. The enterprise has shown itself to be a reliable partner of Antonov in aircraft repair. Having proved itself in the domestic market, the factory enters the world market.

Partnership with such world aviation giants as Boeing, Airbus and Robinson Helicopter is a sign of the quality of the plant," said General Director of SC 410 GA Viktor Gankevich.

He added that among the unprecedented advantages of the plant is the existence of its own helipad and its proximity to the Kyiv airport (Zhuliany).
