Lithuania sends another group of military instructors to Ukraine
Lithuania has decided to send a new group of military instructors, consisting of 12 people, to Ukraine, reports Delfi, citing the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense.
A ceremony to see off the new group, which included employees of the Lithuanian National Defence Volunteer Forces, was held on Friday, April 6.

Russia requests meeting with British foreign minister on Skripal case
The Russian Embassy in England has sent the British Foreign Ministry a memorandum requesting a meeting with British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson, the embassy’s press service reported.
“A meeting of Alexander Yakovenko with British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson to discuss the entire range of bilateral relations and the investigation of the incident in Salisbury is long overdue,” the report states.

Turkey establishes new observation point in northern Syria
The Turkish Armed Forces have established a ninth observation point in the de-escalation zone in the Idlib province in northern Syria, Anadolu reports.
On the morning of April 7, a convoy of 100 vehicles passed through the town of Sarmada while heading towards Maarrat al-Nu’man and then towards Khan Shaykhun. The town of Morin in the north of the Hama province became the convoy’s stationing point.

Pakistan intends to purchase Russian T-90 tanks
