Chief Of Staff of Ukrainian Army called in for questioning over 2014 air crash in eastern Ukraine

The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Viktor Muzhenko, was called in for questioning on the crash of an IL-76 cargo jet over Luhansk in eastern Ukraine which claimed the lives of 49 people. This was reported by Ukrainian Channel 5.

Russia signs more than 30 economic agreements with China

Vladimir Putin's Saturday visit to Beijing was very productive, Euronews reported. More than 30 agreements were signed.

Mayor of Ukrainian city of Dnipro to ban advertisements for Crimean resorts

The mayor of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, wrote on his Facebook page that he plans to consider a ban on the advertising of Crimean resorts at a regular city council meeting.

“On 13 July, during the session, I will demand a ban on the outdoor advertising of Crimean vacations,” he wrote.

Macierewicz: Brexit will not weaken NATO

On the 24th of June, Antoni Macierewicz stated that withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU won’t affect the relationship of the country to NATO and will not weaken the Alliance, Radio Polsha reported.

Separatists attacked Ukrainian positions during Poroshenko's visit to the front

Andriy Lysenko, Presidential Administration spokesperson, stated at a daily briefing that separatists from the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic shelled military positions in the area Vodyane while President Poroshenko was there.
