Russian State Duma adopts new package of anti-terrorism laws

On Friday, the Russian State Duma (Parliament of Russia) tightened a number of laws, adopting amendments from the so-called "Yarovaya's Package.” Changes in the law include the articles on failure of an individual to report certain crimes, as well as inducement, recruitment or other involvement in the organization of mass disorder. Latvia reported presence of Russian submarine near its cost

The Armed Forces of Latvia detected a Russian submarine not far from the Latvian border once again.

"On April 30, a Russian Kilo class submarine together with the Victor Konetsky sea tug boat were detected in the exclusive economic zone at a distance of 8 nautical miles from the border of Latvia," informed the National Armed Forces of Latvia on their Twitter page.
