Turkey to help Ukraine set up radio and TV broadcasting in the Crimea

Turkey approved the frequencies for the Ukrainian TV and radio broadcasts which will be carried out from Henichesk district of Kherson region to the Crimea via a new telecommunication tower located near the Chonhar checkpoint at the administrative border of the Crimea, as reported by Ukrinform news agency.

Russian warplanes strike Syrian Idlib province killing 14 civilians

At least 14  people were killed on December 4, as a result of airstrikes on the northwestern parts of Syria's Idlib province. This was reported by Radio Liberty, citing representatives of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
